These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Service Nest, a car service management software platform operated by Sizor IT (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Service Nest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any related policies.

2. Definitions

“Service Nest” refers to the Platform operated by Sizor IT. “Company” refers to the business or individual registering an account. “User” refers to any authorised individual accessing the Platform. “Data” refers to all information entered into the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity performed under it.

4. Use of the Platform

The Platform may only be used for lawful business purposes. Unauthorised access, misuse, or interference with system security may result in suspension or termination.

5. Free and Paid Plans

Service Nest offers both Free and paid subscription plans. Plan details, pricing, and limits are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

7. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Sizor IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

8. User Responsibilities and Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data entered into the Platform, including invoices, payments, and financial records.

9. Financial Information Disclaimer

Service Nest is not an accounting system and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

10. System Availability and Support

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sizor IT shall not be held liable for any disruptions, data breaches, loss of data, or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party hosting failures, server downtime, or security incidents within third-party infrastructure.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by or licensed to Sizor IT. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sizor IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
